I am enslaved body and mind and a former member of the Oregon State Board of Higher Education and a descendant of slavery and central bank opposing Union General and U.S. President, Rutherford B. Hayes. The best militaries are least often used, both in terms of ultimate nuclear devastation and peace times being preferable to constant war. However, I am secretly, sadistically remotely tortured multiple times a minute on average since 2004, day and night, by lawless, hidden, inhumane traitors, cons, cowards, parasites, evil mind control addicts and worse. The farther governing is taken from the governed, the more chance for evil. Centralized, corrupt spying and policing powers the U.S. Constitutional Republic was designed against split Germany in two and decomposed the U.S.S.R. Are we next?
Advancements since WWII have expanded a pandemic of deceptive "technologically astral projecting" capable, torturous, criminal networks comparable to more advanced Nazis preying on Jewish ghettos. A bio-hazard of unconstitutional tech enabled sociopaths, narcissists and psychopaths - id driven, ego focused and lacking superego functionality - prolong cruel and unusual punishments here, and overseas that we Targeted Individuals (T.I.) call “perps”. My suffering and that of 1.5-2 million U.S. citizens of our 347 million is mental illness, crimes against creation itself, a feast for pure evil and purposefully carried out by criminal perpetrator gangs in secret. I filed an affidavit with fellow Targeted Individual Dr. Kathryn Horton of www.stop007.org. I will also take steps to reclaim my body and mind, from advanced human traffickers using the same Brain Computer Interface (B.C.I.) hardware being used to remotely torture me now, exposed by T.I. Kevin Christian of Georgia, justified similarly to U.S. Constitutional rights to firearms for personal protection. Electroencephalography caps and chairs are allegedly available for purchase allegedly on the darkweb at a site called “cashcab” but look around, it might have moved or I got bad info. I am in the 1/3 of mental illness patients who hear voices and see what others do not that do not respond to medications, because I am being remote tortured by terrorists, human trafficking and extreme criminals, otherwise known as perps. Torture does not make anyone any safer, and that's a fact. I suspect the perps human trafficking me now, of white supremacy affiliations here in the U.S.A. based on who they try to frame for their ongoing crimes. Unwinnable odds are the plight of the American T.I., slow killed and betrayed. Women, children and the elderly not being spare; crimes of the worst kind. Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.), Voice to Skull (V.2.K.), Image to Skull (I.2.K.) abuses and Synthetic Telepathy crimes are not protected speech, an understatement. These crimes against creation amount to real hells that perps have no right to create, globally, but have and for longer than I know. My family has been attacked and from good cops, to good, stand-up military professionals, to excellent political dissidents and even old people and girls as young as 10, we T.I. are being unlawfully targeted for torture and all kinds of slavery including sexual slavery, life destruction, eugenics and other evils against T.I. who are often really good people, moral and courageous against evil. Disastrously, many of us T.I. are so mislead we still think the tortures done to us by “technologically astral projection” capable criminal perps, are only mental illness. It's both organized crime and mental illness what is done to us T.I., simply stated. I was almost killed by these perp gangs in 2016; implants in our bodies and other tortures are being used to drive suicides. Historically patterns like these perp gangs often result in nation collapse. The way perps use computing are in some ways, less forgiving than nuclear weapons. Perps make me three kinds of mad some days, they are so many types of evil it takes over an hour and a half to define how evil perps are.
Further, I have observed B.C.I., cyber-genetic terrorists and tortures separate their consciousnesses from their real human bodies alive while using B.C.I. hardware and have concluded life after death, and the curse of eternal life, is that much more likely. The suffering of this life is very real, even in a billions to one calculated to be virtual reality universe; a figure arrived at by Elon Musk based on computer science and the dangerous, deceptive V.R. capabilities of today from where civilization was with the first video game "Pong" after receiving a Tweet on the subject from yours truly. The library of Alexandria didn't have those numbers. Christian and other teachings that we live in a "creation" have been correct all along, and math now proves it. I’m a tortured T.I. and I am an aspiring Buddhist Arhat, not a Bodhisattva. The future is an illusion and the past a lie we are told; history is written by the victor however there are discernible patterns. I happened to read the books and am smart, well-educated and a little wiser. Myself, others recommend corroborated info on Black Swiss Cheese Hole Portals in space around the solar system, passing on the "life review" and forced reincarnation white or other colors "tunnel of light" associated with the moon. The tunnel of light is reportedly a hologram, and EVIL suction system, that can fake any deity, loved and/or trusted person and read our minds to mislead us into unholy reincarnation that one must turn away from and "think/move" our way away from into space, IMMEDIATLY after death. Never before senses of love, about a magnitude more used to possibly cloud decision-making at moments of death, I have experienced alive and can be achieved with B.C.I. computer code and are, concepts applied, the closest thing to Heaven on Earth for humans. All humans should have access to B.C.I. Nirvana in our bodies and minds with C++ like computer language of B.C.I. computer code for magnitudes increases of the love feeling. I’m a slave, and so are you but I am more so than most. I do not want to incarnate here, again. You may want to do that, also. An evacuee may want to visit discarnate civilizations of the Orion Nebula or seek out older, more advanced civilizations towards the center of our Milky Way Galaxy in the direction of the Sagittarius Constellation, even if there are no Black Swiss Cheese Hole Portals around the solar system after death. The suns closer to the center of our galaxy, and planets that orbit them, having formed much earlier than our young sun, may be the best hope in seeking ultimate freedom from incarnation and suffering in a now mathematically proven to be, virtual reality universe. Consciousness body-less is suspected to be similar to the dream/nightmare state of mind we experience alive. Lastly, may all sentient beings find freedom from rebirth and suffering, at some definitive moment that lasts forever.
